Service 03 — Mini-CRM

A CRM that fits in your head.Yours. Not a 40-person sales floor.

Most CRMs are built for teams of 40. You have two. I build a CRM for two: a kanban shaped to your process, WhatsApp on every card, and that's it.

Straight answers

The questions I get most

What is a CRM and why does a small business in Israel need one?

A CRM is one place where all your clients live — phone, what you discussed, when to call back. Instead of notes, WhatsApp and Excel that go missing. For a two-person business it isn't Salesforce — it's a kanban with four columns and a direct WhatsApp link on every client. That's it.

How much does a CRM cost for a small business?

Two paths. A HubSpot Free setup with a WhatsApp bridge — from 3,000 ₪, if a standard process genuinely fits you. A custom CRM built for your niche — from 15,000 ₪ plus monthly support. I quote the exact price over chat after a few questions, not as a package. I won't sell you a 1,600 ₪/mo subscription.

Off-the-shelf CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) or custom?

Under 500 contacts and an ordinary process — HubSpot Free, I wire it up in a day. Over 2,000 contacts with a process that won't fit a standard form — custom on Next.js. Most small businesses in Israel don't need custom, and I'll tell you that straight rather than sell you extra.

How does a business in Israel store client data under Amendment 13 (תיקון 13)?

Amendment 13 to Israel's Privacy Protection Law (תיקון 13) requires you to know who touched the data and when. In every CRM I build it's wired in: an audit log with user_id, timestamp and the change payload — ready for a regulator's check, not a separate paid module. The data lives on your server or a VPS you pay for, not with me.

Demo 03

Play with it.

This isn't a screenshot. Drag the cards, switch niches, break it — it all runs in your browser, I record nothing.

Preset for a barbershop. From another niche? Use the switcher on top. Columns, card types, tags — all adapt. For your real business I tune it deeper in 1-2 weeks.

03

Pick a niche

For a barbershop

60 clients scattered across WhatsApp chats. You can't remember who booked which date, who's no-showed twice, and who's waiting on a slot you never actually set.

Booked → In chair → Done → No-show

NamePhoneServiceBarberNote

  • WhatsApp reminder 24 hours before

The client gets a message the day before the slot. Fewer no-shows.

  • Barber's Google Calendar

Each booking lands in the right barber's calendar. No manual sync.

  • No lead scoring — you have 50 clients, you know them
  • No auto-campaigns — a WhatsApp broadcast is enough
  • No report builder — you already see who showed up

How to tell which path is yours

Three situations — find yours. The path cards with all the details are right below this block.

A budget over 60k ₪, where a team is needed.

I'll say it straight: a project like that calls for a team, and I'm one person — I'll name it upfront and point you onward.

This is the same fork I walk through with you in the first conversation. I showed it upfront so you reach your path before you even message me.

04

Three paths to a CRM

The navigator above already hinted which one is yours. All three are full offers — not one main and two lesser ones.

Off-the-shelf, set up for you

Off-the-shelf SaaS setup

A small number of contacts and a standard process — lead, call, sale. You need to start working fast, not wait for a build.

I pick the system that fits your volume, set the pipeline up for your niche, and wire it to WhatsApp through n8n. This is a setup, not a build — the code isn't mine, the configuration is.

  • System chosen for your volume
  • Columns set up for your niche's process
  • WhatsApp wired through n8n
  • Green Invoice connected for חשבונית מס

Light custom on Google

Custom inside Google

You need your own, but on a tight budget. Gmail, Calendar and Drive are already part of your day.

I build a light CRM on Apps Script, Sheets and Calendar — contacts, statuses, reminders. It all stays in your Google account, with no separate server to maintain.

  • Contacts and statuses in Sheets
  • Automatic reminders on Apps Script
  • Bookings synced with Google Calendar
  • Everything inside your Google account

Full custom

Built from scratch

A specific process that won't fit the shapes of an off-the-shelf system, and a budget that holds a build plus two years of support.

I build a CRM on Next.js and Postgres around your niche's exact process. The demo of this path is already open higher up the page — play with it.

  • A kanban built for your exact process
  • WhatsApp inbox through the Cloud API
  • חשבונית מס and an audit log by default
  • Mobile-first — you're on a phone

05

What's included

  • Contact = phone + name + notes

A WhatsApp deep-link on every card. One tap — the chat is already open.

  • Kanban, 3-5 columns per niche

Not a "configurable pipeline" — concrete columns shaped to your process.

  • WhatsApp inbox

WhatsApp Cloud API directly, no middlemen like respond.io.

  • Calendar for bookings and tasks

"Call back tomorrow" is a first-class entity, not a side note.

  • Search

One input searches everywhere — clients, notes, tags.

  • חשבונית מס

Green Invoice by default. Required by law for any billing in Israel.

  • Audit log

Amendment 13 (תיקון 13) — not a nice-to-have, a legal requirement. Built in by default.

  • Mobile-first

You're on the floor, in the cafe, by the car — on a phone, not a desktop.

06

What my CRM doesn't have — and why that's fine

No lead scoring

You get 50 leads a month — you remember all of them.

No marketing automation (drip)

A WhatsApp broadcast is your email.

No more than 5 custom fields per contact

5 fields fit in your head, 50 don't.

No 8-stage sales pipeline

3 columns on the fridge.

No report builder

You already know who showed up and who didn't.

No 200-item integrations marketplace

n8n + Cloud API do the same for 0 ₪/mo.

07

Where your data lives

The database is yours or mine — by agreement

Default: Postgres in Docker on your machine, or on a VPS you pay for directly. The hosting bill doesn't run through me.

A backup every night

To S3 (Synology Hyper Backup / Backblaze / Cloudflare R2) — on your account. I provide the setup.

Audit log, Amendment 13 (תיקון 13) — by default

Every change to the database is logged with user_id, timestamp and payload. Ready for a regulator's check.

The migration is yours, not mine

Schema export to SQL. Leave me for another developer or for HubSpot — I hand it all over in a standard format. I don't lock you in.

Hosting is discussed individually — it depends on data volume, SLA and your budget. No uptime promises.

Price

What it costs — let's talk

For one barbershop a CRM costs 18k ₪. For a carpentry shop with on-the-fly pricing and a supplier integration — 45k. I can't put one price tag on this page that's honest for both. So — a conversation.

What pushes the price up

  • Data volume

How many contacts, how many orders a month.

  • Number of integrations

Green Invoice, POS, WhatsApp Cloud API, bank — each is its own story.

  • Infra and hosting

Your machine versus a VPS versus managed.

  • Complexity of the niche logic

Price calculation, scheduling, history by object.

What does NOT affect the price

  • Edits in the first 30 days after handover
  • Number of calls — there are none anyway
  • Urgency within reason

In Israel, prices for small business are settled in chat. The bot replies instantly, I reply within 4 hours Sun-Thu.

Process

  1. Day 0

    You write on WhatsApp.

I look at your business. For free.

  2. Day 1-3

    We run the 3 questions.

If it's custom — on to step 4. If it's HubSpot — I help with setup for 3-5k ₪ and we part as friends.

  3. Day 4-7

Database schema + the first kanban for your niche.

I deploy to staging, you check it from your phone.

  4. Day 8-14

WhatsApp inbox, חשבונית מס, audit log.

Interim builds on staging — you see the progress.

  5. Day 14-21

    Tuning to your real process.

Importing your current contacts from Excel or WhatsApp.

  6. Day 21-51

    30 days of edits included.

After that — by the job, not by subscription.

FAQ

+Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Monday — how is yours better?
It isn't better. They're for a different job. Salesforce is for a 40-person sales floor, I'm for you alone. If you genuinely have 40 salespeople — go to Salesforce.
+And if I need HubSpot in a year — is migration possible?
Yes. You have a schema export to SQL plus CSVs of contacts and orders. I'll connect it to the HubSpot API in 1-2 days, not "weeks".
+Where does my data physically live?
Postgres on your machine, or a VPS you pay for. Not in my pocket. More in the "Where your data lives" section above.
+Audit log, Amendment 13 (תיקון 13) — is it really compliant?
Yes. user_id, timestamp, change payload. Ready for a regulator's check. Not a separate module — built in.
+Mobile? I'm literally on the floor, in the cafe, in the garage.
Mobile-first, not "responsive". I design for the phone first, the desktop second.
+And if you disappear? One person is a risk.
A straight answer. The code is in your Git from day one — your repo, not mine. The schema is standard Postgres. Any other developer picks it up in 1-2 weeks. I don't lock you in.
+Do you do integrations with banks, Cardcom, Tranzila?
Yes. Through REST + tokenization. Card data isn't stored with me — it's tokenized on the processor's side.
