Privacy policy
This policy is short — because the site really does collect little. There are no ad networks, no third-party trackers and no cookie banner. What is written here describes how the site actually works, not a legal template.
What data is collected
- What you fill into the contact form — name, a way to reach you and a short message.
- What you send me directly on WhatsApp or by email.
- Technical logs from the hosting provider (IP address, browser type) — created automatically on any site. The server also holds the IP address of whoever submits the form in memory for a short while, to rate-limit spam.
Where the form data goes
The form sends what you filled in to the site's server. From there the data goes straight on in two directions: as an email to me through the delivery service Resend, and as a message to my Telegram. The server writes nothing to a database — it only passes things on. To block spam it keeps the sender's IP address in the instance's memory for 10 minutes (no more than 5 submissions in that window); a restart wipes that memory. The form also has a hidden honeypot field for bots — a person never sees it and never fills it in.
Why the data is used
Only to answer your message and run the project. Not for mailings, not for marketing, and not for selling or handing on to anyone else — apart from the delivery services your message physically travels through to reach me (listed below).
Where data is stored and for how long
A form submission reaches me as an email and as a Telegram message, and that is where it stays — in my mailbox and in my Telegram. Correspondence on WhatsApp and email is kept for as long as the work needs it and as the law requires. There is no separate database collecting leads. The Mini-CRM demo on the site keeps its board state in your browser only — that data is sent to no one.
Who else touches the data
- Resend — the email delivery service: the email carrying your form submission passes through it.
- Telegram — the alert about a new submission arrives there, so the text of your message passes through Telegram's servers.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you chose to write on WhatsApp.
- The email provider — if you chose to write by email, and also when a form submission reaches me as an email.
- The site's hosting provider — processes technical logs.
Your rights (תיקון 13)
