A system for business · Israel

Orders, stock, or shifts — in one place.

Every employee sees their own part, works from their phone, and enters data by voice or photo. Not for a 40-person sales team — for you and your crew.

How it looks

drag a booking to another time or barber

demo · data is made up, each niche has its own scenarioAsk about a system →

You give

  • How an order or shift runs for you today — a photo of the notebook is enough

You get

  • The order's path through stages
  • Roles — who sees what
  • Voice and photo input
  • Hebrew ↔ Russian translation
  • All of it on the phone

Order tracking for a furniture workshop

Each order is tracked from purchasing to installation at the customer's: workshop, packing and a spot in the warehouse, delivery, the customer's signature on the report. Everyone has their own role: the office opens orders, assemblers mark their work, installers report from the site. New orders go in by photo or voice, and comments translate between Hebrew and Russian on their own. On the whole workshop's phones, in daily use since August 2026.

Shift schedule for an ice-cream chain

The schedule used to be pieced together from WhatsApp chats and kept on paper. Now staff mark on their phone when they can work and see only their own marks. The owner drags people into shifts, and the finished week goes to the work group as an image. Shift opening and closing checklists moved to the phone too; three branches, in use since August 2026.

How it works

One order — three phones

The same job through the eyes of the office, the assembler, and the installer — that's what ‘roles’ means, without the word.

Office

opens the order, sees the whole path

Assembler

sees their stage, marks it done

Installer

sees the address and photo, reports from the site

Warehouse screens — on demo data, coming here later.

Your data is yours

  • A database in your name
  • Database backup every night, with restore checks
  • You can see who changed what — the privacy law requires it (Amendment 13)
  • Switch developers — take everything with you

When off-the-shelf is enough

If the process is ordinary and the team is small, I'll say so honestly and set up an existing system instead of writing a new one. If the project needs a full team, I'll say that too.

What this won't be

  • 50 fields on a card — five is enough
  • An 8-stage funnel — you have 3–4 columns
  • A report builder — you already see what's in progress
  • An integrations marketplace — two or three connections you actually need

What it costs

Price and timeline arrive by Friday — after I've looked at your business.

What the price depends on

  • how many stages an order has and how many roles
  • migrating old data
  • connecting to a till or invoices

What doesn't affect it

  • edits in the 30 days after delivery
  • a call by appointment, if you prefer voice
  • reasonable urgency

Every month — not to me

The server and the database your orders live in. Everything's in your name and paid directly — you'll see the numbers by Friday with the price.

The price holds. No ‘decide today’ discounts.

Questions

What if you disappear?

The code has been yours from day one. Any developer can pick it up.

My staff aren't comfortable with tech

Voice and photo input is simpler than filling out a form. I show them on-site, once, and it clicks.

How is this better than Excel or Monday?

Excel has no roles and no phone in the installer's pocket. Monday is built for a department of many people, not a small crew with their own tasks.

Will you migrate my records from Excel?

Yes — it's part of migrating old data, we'll talk about it by Friday along with the price.

get in touch

Start with one message.

Say what the business is and what's in the way — that's enough. I'll check your Instagram and Google listing for the rest. No menus, no manager: I read it myself.
