A real app used by a real client: orders, a warehouse map, assembly statuses, AI input from photo and voice. Hebrew and Russian, installs on the phone as an app. Used every single day.

01What already works
Not mockups. Two systems run inside working businesses, bots live with their owners, and a mail agent goes through an inbox on schedule.
A real app used by a real client: orders, a warehouse map, assembly statuses, AI input from photo and voice. Hebrew and Russian, installs on the phone as an app. Used every single day.
The second real client. Staff privately mark when they can work, the owner drags those people into shifts, and everyone sees only their own schedule and takes an image for the work group. Plus shift opening and closing forms from a phone. Three branches, three roles, Hebrew and RTL.
An AI nutrition assistant: food by text, voice or photo — counts calories and macros, keeps a diary, gives advice. A Telegram bot in production + a native Android app (in testing) on a shared backend. RU / EN / HE.
It started as three linked scenarios in a no-code automation builder — it moved to plain Python with a Postgres database and stopped being fragile. An expense goes in as text, a voice message or a photo of the receipt: the shop, date, line items, total and odometer are read straight off it. There is one client and the bot is private, so there is no public link.
Need a system like these, or the daily routine automated — I'll build it around your process. Not a builder: code written for you, running as its own service and changed whenever the business needs it.
02What I do
No cards with icons. Click, drag, tweak — see how it'll look for your business.
Five things an agency bills you for. I just don't do them.
